Shipping Policy

At Lacatia Ateliér, each piece is thoughtfully made and carefully prepared before it reaches you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide, with international shipping coming soon.

If you are located outside Australia and wish to place an order, please contact us at admin@lacatiaatelier.com.au.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Australia

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once your order has been dispatched.

Duties & Taxes

For Australian orders, all applicable taxes are included at checkout.
For future international orders, duties and taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Lacatia Ateliér is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier. While we are happy to assist with enquiries, Lacatia Ateliér is not liable for lost or delayed parcels once shipped.
