How Do I care for the dress?
Please refer to the care label inside each garment for specific care instructions. Additional details can be found in the product description. Following these guidelines will help preserve the quality and longevity of your piece.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Western Australia: 2–8 business days
- Interstate (Australia-wide): 3–9 business days
- International: 6–18 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
As a small, independently run label, each order is carefully packed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Where are your products manufactured?
Each Lacatia Ateliér piece is designed in Perth, Australia and produced in small batches with a single trusted manufacturing partner in China.
We work closely with our factory and personally sample, refine, and approve every design before it goes into production. Maintaining one dedicated production partner allows us to ensure consistent quality, attention to detail, and responsible manufacturing standards.
Our focus is on craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and creating pieces that feel special — without unnecessary mark-ups.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
